Jessica grew up on a farm just outside of Hay Lakes, Alberta, and currently lives on an acreage not far from where she was raised. She completed her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology at the University of Alberta, followed by her Master of Physical Therapy at the University of Alberta’s Augustana Campus.
Jessica developed a passion for staying active at a young age and participated in sports such as cross-country running, basketball, and track and field.
Outside of the clinic, Jessica enjoys spending time with her husband and their two young daughters. Her family loves being outdoors, camping, gardening, hiking, swimming, and fishing.
Jessica’s treatment style is centered on patient-focused care. She values involving patients in the decision-making process and providing high-quality education so they can make well-informed decisions about their health. Her treatments include manual therapy and individualized exercise programs tailored to each patient’s goals. Jessica has also completed additional training in TMJ dysfunction, cupping, and dry needling/IMS.
