Yes! No referral is needed to book any initial or follow up appointments.
Yes! We are able to direct bill most major insurance companies. Please reach out if you have any concerns and we can help with any direct billing questions. There are a few remaining insurance companies that will require a physician referral to allow us to direct bill as well.
Please arrive a few minutes early to fill out a medical history form. Bring your health care card/number and any WCB or MVA insurance information. As well as any extended health benefits or private insurance plans that you are covered under and we will handle the rest. You may also bring any pertinent reports or referrals you have received (such as X-Ray / MRI / physician referrals). Please bring appropriate loose fitting clothing that will allow us to properly assess your areas of concerns. This may include shorts or sweats for lower body injuries and a t-shirt or tank top for upper body injuries.
Initial assessment which includes a treatment is $110.
Follow up treatments are $85 and $70 for Seniors over the age of 65.
Assessments typically take about 1hour and follow up treatments are typically about 30min.
