Ryan was born in Camrose and holds a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from the University of Lethbridge, as well as a Master of Science in Physiotherapy from the University of Alberta. He was fortunate to be able to complete his Physical Therapy degree at Augustana campus. Driven by a strong passion for physical activity and sports—especially baseball, basketball, and golf—Ryan's love for movement, coupled with his compassionate and empathetic nature, motivated him to pursue his degrees and own a physiotherapy clinic.
Outside of his professional commitments, Ryan enjoys spending quality time with his wife and two young children. Together, they enjoy biking and walking in the valley, visiting playgrounds, and spending any extra free time at the pool and arena. He is also actively involved in the community through coaching and dedicating time to local events and initiatives.
Ryan is dedicated to continuous professional development, staying current with advancements in physiotherapy to ensure the highest standard of care for his patients. His commitment to providing exceptional service is demonstrated through his "listen first" approach, focusing on long-term recovery and overall health. He has taken extra courses in concussion, vestibular and sports first responder education as well as being certified in Dry Needling/IMS.
